Hey y’all — I’m Lina, the founder of Bright Box HR & Recruiting!

I’m a people-first kind of gal with a heart for connection, clarity, and culture.

I have a beautiful 11-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes and fills my world with purpose.

Fun fact: I’m known to sprinkle my day with little songs, and yes, my friends get unsolicited playlists on the regular.

When I’m not diving into hiring and HR strategies, I am often chasing quiet joy by reading about human nature or delving into the rabbit holes of research on people, health, and work culture. I’m a curious soul with a deep belief that when people feel seen and supported, magic happens, community takes root and everything begins to bloom.

Bright Box was born from a simple idea: what if hiring could feel more human and less cookie-cutter?

After years inside HR and recruiting teams, Lina saw a need for something different — a boutique-style partner that brings truly personalized service to the hiring process, not only for companies but for candidates as well. With the overuse of AI in hiring practices, many talented people are slipping through the cracks, and employers are noticing. Culture is something AI can’t truly code.

As a seasoned HR professional, Lina has handled everything from Human Resources and Operations work, unemployment claims, and compliance matters to complex employee relations issues and new-hire celebrations. With Bright Box, Lina brings that hands-on experience directly to business owners who need real support. From crafting thoughtful job postings to managing recruiting efforts and guiding leaders on culture, she’s all about making people feel seen, valued, and supported.
